L’objectif du séminaire est double. D’une part, analyser les experiences de mobilisation citoyenne en faveur de la capacité d’action de l’humanité en tant que sujet juridique et politique de la régulation politique, économique et sociale à l’échelle mondiale en complémentarité aux Etats, aux organisations intergouvernementales internationales et aux autres acteurs privés et, sur cette base, élaborer et approuver une “Charte de l’humanité”décrivant les principes inspirateurs et les grandes orientations fondamentales des actions de l’humanité en tant qu’acteur mondial. Dans ce cadre, le séminaire vise à évaluer la faisabilité de la conception et concrétisation d’une “Carte d’Identité Mondiale” (CIM) digitalisée attribuée à tout être humain en tant que “Habitant de la Terre”. L’Agora des Habitants de la Terre se tiendra du 14-16 décembre 2018 à Palau Saverdera, en Catalogne (E) à l’initiative de la Fondation L’audace au nom de l’humanité.

The purpose of the seminar is twofold. On one hand, analyze the experiences of citizen mobilization in favor of humanity’s ability to act as a legal and political subject of political, economic and social regulation on a global scale in complementarity with states, international intergovernmental organizations and other private actors and, on this basis, develop and approve a “Charter of Humanity” describing the inspiring principles and basic directions of humanity’s actions as a global player. In this context, the seminar aims to evaluate the feasibility of the design and implementation of a “Globlal Identity Card” digitized and attributed to every human being as “Inhabitant of the Earth”. The Agora of the Inhabitants of the Earth will be held from 14-16 December 2018 in Palau Saverdera, Catalonia (E) on the initiative of the Foundation L’audace au nom de l’humanité.
