Accessibility means including the person with disabilities in the participation of activities such as the use of products, services and information.
On the Internet, accessibility primarily refers to the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (WCAG) (World Content Accessibility Guide).
You can also use your usual screen reader or opt for NVDA (download here) – multilingual program that does not need to be installed. Can be used on pendrive.. Or use the software ORCA (download here) which is native in some Linux system. This also allows you to enlarge the screen. Both are free.
The WSF website has already started a section HERE where the main information and text content will be posted in audio and vice versa. A group of volunteers is currently producing the transcripts. Another group will start translations. And another is the recordings of articles and notes produced originally in texts.
